Product Support
MB3's major focus is our products so we offer a range of associated services ranging from customization, report generation, training, and administration.
Customization:
Although our products come ready for use as-is, we are fully able to develop custom functionality. Examples of requested projects include dynamic letters or form templates, new workflow modules, specific reports, data interfaces with other systems, or automation of a client-specific process.
Our team of developers first work to document the exact requirements before presenting a project scope for approval. The changes are then made to the system on our development server and launched on a test site for client approval well before being applied to the live site.
Report Generation:
Upon request, MB3's developers are able to generate extremely specific reports, either as a one-time request or to be later integrated in the system for frequent use. For example, a client may want to track a user's activity related to a given subject over a period of days. Reports can be provided in CSV or Excel format, or even as graphs and charts as required.
Training:
Although we typically train key users upon delivery of our software, our support staff is happy to assist with additional training at any point. We are able to train groups of people remotely via GoToMeeting.com or can be onsite as required.
Long-Term Support:
At MB3, we pride ourselves in our long-term support offerings and always prefer to maintain a lasting relationship with our clients. Our support staff is available by phone, email, or our online support system any time our clients have questions, issues, or would simply like our feedback. In addition, we release consistent patches in all of our products to both ensure that no bugs exist and to constantly keep improving.
